Today was as normal as any Sunday is. Well, at least this morning was. In the afternoon, Mom, Dad and I went to the 1st of 3 auditions for the next play my dad is directing, called "I Remember Mama". This is going to be the first time — out of about 15 shows — that I'm going to get to do some acting. Dad said I could play Arne, a boy of about 10, who injures his knee and has to go have an operation. It's a very small part, and I only have a little over ten lines, but, at least it's acting!

It would also be the only time I got to act under my father's direction.
All punctuation and spelling has been retained precisely as I wrote it 32 years ago at age 12.
What's this all about? This is what it's all about.
