Nothing Much Else Happened: April 9, 1978

Today was the first day of the rehearsals for "I Remember Mama." We talked about future rehearsals and wardrobe, and we read through the play once. Like I said before, I only have about 10 lines, but at least it's a part. Mom is playing the lead. In other words, Mama will be played by Mama! Dad, of course, is directing it. This will be our 3rd production in The city. Up in Idyllwild, we did something like 9 in 5 years. Up there, our group was called the Idyllwild Community Theatre. Down here it's called the Village Players. Dodgers won, 7-4.

All punctuation and spelling has been retained precisely as I wrote it 32 years ago at age 12.

What's this all about? This is what it's all about.
