Nothing Much Else Happened: January 1, 1978

"Got up this morning." This was the only thing found in a diary made by my mother when she was eight years old!!

Well, I hope I enjoy this diary because it is my first one.

Today, I wanted to sleep in because of the New Years thing last night. I was up til 1:15, but I had to go to Sunday School. When we got back, Mom and I went down to the beach. Then we came home and nothing much else happened except that the Cowboys beat the Vikings, 23-6. They will go to the Superbowl with the Denver Broncos.
