Nothing Much Else Happened: August 17, 1978

Today was the last day of our one-month trip. At 2:30 P.M. we left for the Tampa airport, even though our flight didn't leave until 6:45 P.M. Tampa has a beautiful airport, and it's so new that there is hardly anyone in it! Kim and Leslie Ogilvie met us at the airport, we had a drink and got on our way. On the airplane, I met a nice girl named Karen McAllister, and we played a few games of "Go Fish". When we landed, it was only 65-degrees, which seems strange to the 85-degree weather I'm used to!

What's this all about? This is what it's all about.
