Today I remembered I was so excited about what I was telling you, I forgot to tell you where I was — Magic Mountain! It was my first trip there. As I was saying about the Dodgers, what they want to do is win the final 2 games at home. You see, Yesterday the Dodgers lost a hard-fought battle, 4-3, and today reminded me more of our little league team trying to play them. The ending massacre was 12-2. They come back to L.A. now with the Yankees leading the series, 3-2. They better shape up — and fast!

I used to refer to the Getty as the Magic Mountain (as in the Thomas Mann novel)... I had no idea there was an amusement park in (near?) LA by the same name! I hope none of my colleagues thought I was comparing my workplace with an amusement park...
